Love, you kill me
I worry so much
My heart stops frequently
and you kill me from the inside out
Your anger, misdirected
Fills me with shame
Even were I perfect
I would never be enough
I would murder for you
And step in front of a bullet
Willingly give my life
So you could live and take a chance
At happiness
Love, you save me
You bring me so much joy
My heart speeds and slows
Giving butterflies from the inside, out
You make me feel so alive
Make me feel so perfect
So safe
Like nothing could go wrong
I have no need to worry
About what death brings
You give me a life worth living
Air worth breathing..
