Recipes: Crispy baked chicken

For a long time many of americans have wondered how to get that fried chicken crunch without the fat. This recipe calls for no oil and only takes about 25 minutes to cook. Doesn't that sound good. I'm sure you and your family will love this recipe and request it often. Okay lets start.

6-7 chicken breast cutlets

2 eggs

1 1/2 cups flour

2 1/2 cups Italian Panko bread crubs

2 tsp garlic salt

1 tsp salt

2 tsp pepper

1 tsp smokey paprika

cooking spray (butter flavor).

Step 1. mix all seasoning together and season meat.

Step 2. shake chicken in flour.

Step 3. beat eggs in bowl; dip breast in egg.

Step 4. pour bread crumbs on plate; cover breast in bread crumbs.

Use a baking dish with a wire rack. Place chicken on wire rack and spray the top with butter flavored cooking spray.

Cook in oven for 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with a nice salad and enjoy.

Once you try this you will love it and don't have to feel guilty about the fat.
