When I came home this morning
walking in the door at three a.m.
I was expecting a lot worse than
"where have you been."
I was expecting you to fling my things at me
and tell me to get out the door.
I wanted you to come and hug me
and be happy for nothing more.
So now here I am
across the room from you,
wishinf that maybe I should not have gone.
Then what would you do?
