I am sitting behind my desk at the White House and the countdown begins, with the cameras ready to roll for my first State of the Union Address. I feel the entire weight of the world on my shoulders as I contemplate the changes I am about to make that will affect the country as a whole. My fellow Americans.....
It is with heavy heart that I come to you today with proposals that may not be popular by some but are of absolute necessity for our country to be a great nation again. For far too long, we have allowed certain entities in this country to determine who benefits the most by its decisions; not the greater welfare of the people, but by the greed of those in charge.
I, as your President, will no longer tolerate the abuse of that power. We stand at a critical crossroads in our history and these times require strong measures to once again be the strongest nation on this planet. We, the United States of America, have lost what we once had: solidity, economic growth, military sovereignty, faith and the respect of other countries.
As I sit behind this desk, it has been with great thought and serious discussion that I have come up with the following solutions:
[1] TAXES - A flat tax of 10% will be imposed on all citizens and businesses. ex. (If you make $10,000 per year; your tax will be $1,000 - $1m; your tax will be $100,000. (No exceptions, no loop-holes and no shelters.) There will no longer be "incentives", as those are generally abused.
[2] IMMIGRATION - All illegal immigrants will be immediately deported unless they can show proof of a work visa or current passport. Anyone wishing to become an American Citizen must pass the required tests, ie: English, understanding of the laws and a complete medical physical, (no exceptions). Anyone harboring an illegal immigrant will be subject to criminal prosecution.
[3] OUTSTANDING LOANS - We will collect outstanding loans made to foreign countries within 6 months and repay our outstanding loans to foreign countries, ie: Japan and China within 1 year.
[4] WAR - We will be pulling our troops from any and all foreign countries within 3 months.
[5] IMPORT/EXPORT - Limited amounts of any product or service. We will be making our own products again, ie: cars, steel, parts, furniture, electronics, food, etc. This will bring jobs back to this country and its people.
[6] ENERGY - The oil companies are mandated to begin building 3 new refineries and to develope methods of green energy, ie: solar, wind, and cold coal. This will allow
