Golden Summer Days
As marigolds bend in the breeze and golden delicious apples grow on the trees, Children playing in the wild meadows, collecting their treasured Buttercups
Golden summer days.
Time for picnics, time for chatter, perfect blue skies stretched far beyond the eye,
The sounds of laughter, the sun embracing you like a warm familiar blanket
Golden summer days.
The freshness of the morning dew on the meadow grass, wild flowers waking up so colourful and bright, a soft breeze moving as if to say hello, butterflies floating in delight
