Poetry: I used to be

by Dominie

  • Writing Level StarWriting Level Star

I used to be full of life

But you made me dejected.

I used to be confident

But you made me feel self-doubting.

I used to be contented

But you made me feel like I lack many things.

I used to be bright

But you made me feel stupid and dumb.

I used to be strong

But you make me feel I couldn't fight you.

I used to like relationships

But you made me think otherwise.

I used to love you

But all your acts showed me I should stop.
