As we all know, most of Americas major banks, lenders, and home insurance company's have gone bankrupt in recent weeks, leaving millions of middle class americans holding the bag. In spite of this, they now claim to need a 700 billion dollar bailout. The question now is if we give them this bailout should we not just create another department of the government that will assume the fiscal responsibility for the numerous morgages that failed due to ignorant consumers and greedy company's with absolutely no foresight as to the resounding effects these ridiculous mangment descions that will have on my childrens children as they continue to pay off our bad debt so many years from now. Their are many people, our president included, that say that if we do not act and bailout these company's placing theirfinancial burdens upon the average Americans, that the economy will fail and we will all be in the same financial boat at the bottom of the economic sea. I strongly disagree.

Our system of capitalism operates on the premise that anyone can start a company and be successful, but they start said company with their own money and maintain it with their own money. We remembered the first two steps over the years, however we seem to have lost sight of the fact that if a business fails, IT FAILS! Thats it, no second chances in our system! Bailing out company's in the financial sector, or any other public sector of business for that matter, is communist! Thats the premise of SOCIALISM, a form of government which failed MISERABLY in every country it has ever been implemented in. Our leaders seem to have lost sight of that, but from the protesting I hear on the radio the everyday, the average American has not.

I find it quite ironic that the Soviet Union failed because it began to attempt to implement capitalism over its socialist institutions, while we are beginning to fail as a nation because we are beginning to implement socialist ideologies over our long standing capitalist system. The two greatest nations on earth smited because they lost sight of the principles on which they where founded. We must not allow what happened to the soviet union occur in our great nation. A country is like a house, the ideology's are like a foundation, the rest is the aesthetic stuff,if you lose the foundation what happens to the house? Its time to remember the foundation of this house we call america and sure it up before we add another addition we cannot support.

Despite the pesimistic nature of this article, I have a profound sense of confidence in our nation and its people.I know that whatever may happen, we never have and never will accept defeat.
