Were We Created To Die?
'Death is a part of life,' some may say. Why do we have to die? When we are young, normally there is no thought of dying. We make plans for school, marriage, children, work and maybe think about when we grow old. But no one really wants to die. There is so much suffering in the world, many may think that death is perferable. That after a person dies there is no more pain and suffering.
Could a person live in this world without pain or suffering? That would probably be impossible. You see, every single person in the world is imperfect with qualities of selfishness and self-centeredness that always harms another person. We are all selfish. It is true that there are many philanthropist that give many things to make a better world. Why do they do it? Is it to make a name for themselves so people can look to them and see what a wonderful person he is. Also, they may do a lot of good, but it is only temporary.
So why do we have to suffer and die? There is hope but it is only from the words of the Bible. A true translation shows that the Only True God has always said what would happen in the past, now and in the future. Every single word has been fulfilled so far, why not look to see what the future will be? He has cared for all humans and has helped all who listen to Him.
Is this the kind of world God wanted man to live on? Difinately not! He started man and woman in a Garden of Eden with all their needs provided for and all their wants. But someone helped them turn away from the only person in existence that could help them live a perfect life in happiness forever with their family. Of course, that was Satan. Even if you do not believe there is a devil, just look around you and see what's happening in the world. This is the world Satan created-selfish and self-centered. Satan and all those who knowingly or unknowlingly, want the world as is and works to perpetuates, he is the loser.
Our Creator does not desire this world to go on as is. From the disobedience in the Garden, He has provided a way to correct things. The Lords Prayer help is to understand what God's purpose is. "Our Father," Jesus showed us what it means to have a true, loving, faithful father. He always came through in the past and will now and will in the future. Jesus had pain and suffering and it was for a reason and 'our father' helped him through and He will for us.
"Who art in heaven," heaven may be the spiritual realm but He knows our every thought and goes deep into our heart.
