I DREAMT OF YOU
Even as the night has drifted softly upon me
Distilling its emptiness
So also has your memory
In silence
Crept from within the walls
Wrapping me in the velvet cloak
Of longingand desire
And I am helpless
For my senses betray me
The memory of your scent rests upon my skin
The thought of your warmth presses against me
The vision of you silhouette approaches
And falls upon my eyes
And all
All becomes as a dream before me
And I shall dream
Yes
Oh yes, I shall dream on
Until no reason remains
To wake
