Pajamas are the quickest way to a woman's heart, if you ask me. The number of different pajama sets I own is ridiculous, but I wear each and every set. Each brings a memory back to my mind, and I can quietly drift off to sleep.

Numerous types of pajamas are available, and all are designed for individual style. Here are a few favorites.

Flannel.

Flannel pajamas are a fantastic way to convince yourself to sleep in on a cold morning! These pajamas are available in so many different prints and styles, you are surely able to find something you like. Puppy dogs or pigs, cats or cows, hearts or helium balloons; all are at your fingertips for what you want to sleep in or what kind of mood you are in. Flannel pajamas get better with wear, too. If soft and snuggly is what you want, flannel is the way to go. Plus, they make fantastic Christmas gifts for the whole family.

Silk.

Nothing is smoother on your skin than a pair of silk pajamas. They are light, airy and exude a sense of sexiness. They come in any color you can imagine, and when buying, make sure you choose quality. Looking for something special for Valentine's Day? Silk pajamas are you answer.

Footed Pajamas

Remember wearing footed pajamas when you were a kid? If you can believe it, there is such a thing for adults now, too. If you are feeling playful and childlike, get a pair of these footed pajamas as gift to yourself or to your kid-brother for his birthday. He'll get a kick out of visiting Memory Lane with you. Buy them for kids, too. Kids love them, and the rubber soles on the feet help keep kids from sliding in the kitchen floor.

Robes

Dads love robes. It's a simple, yet glorious revelation. Father's Day is a great time to give Dad a long, soft robe. Moms love robes, too. Mom and Dad will be bundled up in their robes in front of the fireplace each winter morning, grateful for these perfect pajama-coats.
