Alone
If you ever sipped from the
chalice of awareness, the penalty
could be: depression-
living in a small coagulated island
within the very heart of the living,
breathing statue of society-
Alone.
Emitting altered vibration heralding
danger to the unaware,
people want to feel secure, deviating
from the norm, raising the questions of
ability, credibility and likeability-
the verdict is to be set
Alone.
Set alone from the protective buffer
of the unconscious crowd cannot be
a coincidence, prolonged exile on
the small coagulated island of depression
raising the questions of
am I seeing or perceiving?
am I the dreamer?
or the Dream
Alone?

What chance that we again should meet
On distant
