The past has gone astray,
we almost don't know,
what happened yesterday!
History is written,
by the victors,
but what really happened,
did we win?
How can this be,
is it only me,
who cares what really happened?
All of the rest,
think it's the best,
to put the past behind,
but I confess,
I want to know what happened.
Is it really that bad,
it makes me sad,
have we lost the wars that we won?
Has it become obvious,
that people don't care,
what really happened back there?
All of the rest,
of you should confess,
what happened over those years,
when history was rewritten.
