Kenergia is happy to announce its logo design competition open to all individuals.
Kenergia is a photovoltaic park of 100kWp in Kenya. It will be built using transparent polymers instead of glass as a protecting covering on 45% of the panels.
A research team is already in place. All supplies are either commodities, or will be sourced locally. Local labor is going to be utilized for the implementation effort, and relationships are planned to be formed with local solar providers and local technology providers for both short and long-term maintenance needs.
The project was designed and will be implemented by WATIcorp in cooperation with ECOSYS Gr. The cost of the investment nears the 700,000.00 .
The produced power of the photovoltaic park will be 148.000KWh annually. This project implementation will start late February 2009.
As of yet, Kenergia does not have a project logo, and so we would like to open up the logo design to the public.
We are looking forward to receiving many varied designs that we can choose from.
The competition rules can be found below.
