Poetry: Breaking point

Liquefied

How much can I take,
Before me heart's going to break?

How far do I have to fall, before I fall apart?
Liquefy my heart.

You said You won't give me more than I can bear,
And I know life's not fair.

But is it too much to ask?
Who knew simply living would be such a difficult task?

I can not fit this mold,
The world wants me to hold.

My loneliness has become my cell,
To be heard I'm forced to yell.

Darkness cloaks me in its misery,
So much so that I can't see.

I'm paralyzed in time,
I feel my life's not worth a dime.

Sometimes you have to come to the end of your rope,
To see things with a clear scope.

One thing I have learned,
Through getting burned

If you run away,
It will haunt you night and day.

No matter how hard you fought,
You will get caught.

It's not just a tale.
You will get swallowed by the whale.

God knows your calling,
And He'll catch you when your falling.

Sometimes we need a little breaking,
To prepare us for shaping.

It's the faith to hold on,
That will make us strong.

Take the challenges in life as a test.
And remember God knows best.
