You are perfect for me
in every way,
except,
you don't love me.
So really,
you are completely wrong
for me.
I love you,
but the thing that would fulfill
my love
is your love
in return.
So really,
I don't fully love you.
I lived before you entered my life,
and I will live
now that you have left it
of your own free will,
but not mine.

Just like cake, I'm willing to watch you bake until fully cooked
And just like Yahtzee, I'm willing
From a dream I awoke
Deep beneath the dreadful blankets on my bed
Massive pillows holding up my weary head.
