Mama said,"You will listen".
I never did.
Mama said,"Stay in school."
I dropped out.
Mama said, "Don't do drugs."
I did.
Mama said,"Stay away from that man."
I went closer.
Mama, I shoud of listened to you.
I was young and stupid though.
I was stubborn and care free.
I did what I wanted,
Then I paid the price.
I love you mama,
Next time I'll listen.
