I never liked deviled eggs until I had them at my friend's house. They were so good, I think I ate four. They are a crowd pleaser and I am sure you will enjoy them as much as I do. You will need the following:

6 eggs (depending on how many guests)
2 teaspoons of Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon of sour cream
2 tablespoons of mayo
salt
freshly ground pepper
2 shots of tabasco sauce

In a large pot, begin to boil water on high heat. Gently drop your eggs in. It should take about 15 minutes or less for your eggs to be thouroughly cooked. When they are ready, spoon them out and allow to cool.

After they have cooled off, peel the shell. Now cut each egg in half. Spoon the yolk out and place into a large bowl. Begin to mash the yolk as if you were mashing potatoes. Now add all ingredients and combine together.

Now fill the white part of the egg (the cup) and serve.

These are great for a get together or as an appetizer. Enjoy.
