Pappy's Fudge
You will need:
3 cups of sugar
2/3 of a cup of Hershey's Cocoa
1/8 of a teaspoon of salt
1 1/2 cups of milk
1/2 of a stick of butter
1 cup of peanut butter
1 teaspoon of vanilla
Mix sugar, cocoa, salt and milk in nonstick pot on medium-high heat until it comes to softball stage.
Set off of heat and quickly add butter, vanilla and peanut butter. Stir well and pour into a glass baking dish. Let cool for about 30-45 minutes.
Cut into bite size squares and place on wax paper.
