Fit In Song

I can remember when I was back in high school
I wanted to be labeled as someone so cool
I wanted a sexy cheerleader that I could date
but me almost all of them wanted to hate
I just wanted to know what it was like to be a star
and for even one high school year I wanted to be popular
I can especially remember grades nine and ten
and how bad I really wanted to fit in

How I wanted to get invited to a cool party
and spending the night touching a sexy woman's body

So just because I wasn't rich and loaded with cash
I guess is why I was treated like trash
I just wanted a date with a really hot lady
But I guess too many of them were really shady
