Into the Ocean
Take a breath
See the sky
Face the fear you cant deny.
On the edge
Feel the wind
The strength you lost, you need to win.
Raise your foot
Off the ledge

See the need

Take the jump

And as you fall
Towards the sea
Free your heart of all uncertainty.
Do not think
of feelings drear
or of death, regret, or bygone tears.
Just feel alive
And of rapt emotion
As you fall, into the ocean.
