America is in a state of war. Our enemies are unlike any we've ever fought before. It reminds me of the several wars in early American history when the first concepts of guerrilla war were introduced by Native Americans.

Until this period wars were fought in open fields with row after row of soldiers shooting one another, without any sort of cover, until one side broke and ran. Very civilized, orderly and as dumb as it gets. The death tolls were ridiculous and the waste of life horrific. Then came then "Indians" as they called them then. Raiding from all directions screaming their heads off in a frenzy, hiding behind trees and berms, using the nature around them as their own form of body armor. How do you fight that with rows of zombies who only fire when ordered and advance only when prodded?

Today, our enemies are nearly invisible. They walk the streets as civilians, bombs hidden under clothing, weapons caches in every other home, battling only in the streets of their own cities. Modern war, with its rules and guidelines find this inconceivable and difficult to deal with. The battlefields chosen by our enemies are slap, dab, in the middle of the neighborhoods of their own friends and families. Many of which have no desire to be involved in this mess we call a war. Insurgents are imported from our other silent enemies to wage war against us through the cause and plight of another nations. They are armed and funded through the shady practices of governments determined to eliminate everything down to our most basic beliefs and morals.

Our forces, as well as they are trained, have an almost insurmountable task to seek out and obliterate the enemy while at the same time strive to limit civilian casualties to a minimum. Sadly, our enemies have learned how to apply our most dangerous political weaponry against us. This is the concept of Political Correctness. Combined with the high values we place on life in the "civilized" world, they know it is considered murder to kill civilians in a war zone and ply our own value system against us by using civilians as shields then forcing us to plow through them in order to protect ourselves and the rest of the population in the zone.

On a grander scale, we watch our governments dance a ballet of death as radical Islamist Fanatics taunt Premiers and Presidents with lies and threats forcing them to act. If we do not act, we are attacked in such ways that are so appalling that our forces are fed into the web of lies deceipt and dishonor
