An egg roll is made by wrapping a combination of chopped vegetables,meat or noodles,in a dough which is dipped in egg wash. Then it is deep fried. My recipe is a good combination between the three main ingredients for the roll: meat, vegetables and noodles.
Ingredients:
1 cup of noodles
1 cup cabbage
1 carrot
1 cup of minced meat
1 onion minced
2 tablespoons peas
salt to taste
3 eggs
1/2 cup of milk
2 tablespoons flour
Method of preparing:
Fry the meat with vegetables. Meanwhile boil the noodles. When the mixture of vegetables, meat and noodles is ready roll them into a prepared mixture of flour, milk and eggs.
Fry deeply and serve with rice, green salad and white wine!
