Recipes: Easy Egg Rolls

There are many ways for preparing the egg rolls in different parts of the world. I want to offer my own way of preparing this wonderful dish.

Ingredients:
1 package egg roll wrappers
1 head cabbage,chopped
3 carrots, finely chopped
200 gr minced meat
1 hard boiled egg,chopped
parsley
salt to taste
oil for frying

Method of preparation:

Fry the meat with carrots and cabbage. Then salt to taste. When the vegetables are well cooked with the meat roll them into the egg roll wrappers and deep fry.

Serve with salads and warm loaves of bread. Enjoy!
