I cooked crab stuffed tilapia in different ways but last month I created a new recipe and although I was not very sure what it will be like I was surprised that everybody enjoyed it. Hopefully you will try and enjoy this recipe,too.
Ingredients:
10 tilapia fillets
1 can canned crab
fresh parsley
4 tablespoons oil
1 cup of water
1 cup white wine
1 cup onion finely chopped
1/2 cup of walnuts finely chopped
Method of preparation:
Place the fish and crab into the baking pan and mix all the other ingredients. Bake for not more than half an hour. Serve with beer or wine. It depends on your choice. You can also prepare warm loaves of bread. Enjoy!
