Recipes: Crab stuffed tilapia

This meal is both delicious and healthy. Probably, there are many ways to prepare it but I have chosen this one which I am going to write about and it is always liked by people who taste it.

Ingredients;
10 tilapia fillets
1 can canned crab
1 kg potatoes, peeled and sliced
lemon juice
1 red pepper finely chopped
1 green pepper finely chopped
oil
water
motley salt to taste

Method of preparing:

Preheat the oven and place the tilapia fillets into the baking pan. Put the crab, the potatoes and the pepper between the fillets. Pour the lemon juice onto the fillets. Wait for 5 minutes. Then cover these ingredients with mixed oil and water and sprinkle some motley salt. Bake 20 minutes-until ready.

Serve with white wine and enjoy!
