This soup is one of the tastiest I know. I do not prepare it very often but always when I cook it my family think that there is something to celebrate.

Ingredients:
1/2 kg ground beef
2 onions minced
motley salt to taste
1/2 cup oil
3 cups of vegetable stock
1/2 cup yellow cheese (cut into pieces0
1/2 cup of blue cheese
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup butter
2 tablespoons pepper

Method of preparation:
The important thing is that the ground beef should be cut into pieces and grilled. Put the onion into a sauce pan with oil and after 5 minutes add the vegetable stock and the pepper. The next thing to do is to put some motley salt to taste. If it is necessary you can pour some water before you put the beef into the soup. While cooking the soup mix the milk with the egg and stir well. Put the butter into the soup and add the cheese. Cook 2 minutes and pour the tomato sauce. In the end pour the mixture of milk and egg. Stir and cook for 5 minutes. Enjoy the soup. It is very delicious, is not?
