The Gospels are a good news for people because they can know that God loved them so much that he gave up his most prized possession for them: his son Jesus. It is through that sacrifice that all people can be assured that they can escape the torments of Hell along with having some peace here on Earth which can sound good to anybody. However these news come with a heavy price which now in this day and age no one wants to hear anything about prices. The price is your life is no longer yours to do as you pleased. Some would think that I am talking about becoming some type of missionary in a faraway land or becoming involved in full time ministry like becoming a nun or something like that. There are those people whom God calls to those forms of living but the rest of the people God calls to be ordinary type workers who work in some other form of vocation. What I speak of is the regiment of Bible reading which reforms the way that you think, the attendance of church which may require the loss of sleep or the missing of a favorite program though nowadays we have these inventions called recording devices along with the long hard process of the changing one's attitudes and behaviors with its highs and lows. The strong will have nothing to do with it and even not listen to it all and might even try to stop it. Whether at church, at work, within one's family or somewhere else it's easy to hate that person who has done you wrong but it's only those who are strong that can forgive and move on. This doesn't mean that the person has to become a complete doormat for everyone to step on just that the person will not make it a lifelong talent of holding grudges long after the offender has forgotten the offense or even died. The strong will find a way to always schedule in God every day through prayer and Bible reading while the weak won't even try and then can't figure out why every thing is going wrong in their lives. Now of course if a person is very busy they will offense
