Recipes: Chocolate ganache

This French word "ganache" is actually a mixture of chopped chocolate and heavy cream.

Ingredients:
1 cup melted cream
1 cup melted chocolate

Method of preparation:
Mix both ingredients by constant stirring. Use this mixture for decorating of cakes or cookies. Yesterday I spread it over a bread crust and I find this very delicious. And one more thing once I put some fruits into the mixture and serve it. My guests liked it very much. It was with a wonderful taste!
