Inspiration is that ray of light which when falls on heart blossoms the feelings in it.
People don't believe that reading books, meeting people and trying every other way is a way to run away from you self but it is merely just knowing yourself more closely in the reflection of others.

I believe every color or taste you like or dislike or come across is already present in you and when found in some source like in mountains when hiking or any other art you get inspired is basically lighting that instinct in you.

Inspiration is also some times termed lack of self confidence that sometimes we are afraid and we do not explore whats inside us and when we see someone else done something relating that we have ever wished in our unconsciousness gives strength to bring it out so that is also called inspiration.

The phenomenon is gradual but its intense every time each of us sees other in particular field gets the confidence or "inspiration" and tries to perform more so this process goes on.

It is such energy that even it lets us complement and praise other of that certain thing which normally is a behaviour us humans do not adopt more but get jealous and leads to many other behaviours

I will not hesitate to say inspiration is also an other name of finding certain completeness in specific for example some boys said that they want to be like there father or that in girls or sometimes say about someone that can be any one is in fact a state of inspiration.

Now there is a beautiful relation between inspired and impressed, some consider it to be same like giving one meaning but expression is what some thing the other object is giving you and that inspiration is some thing some one is taking from that other person

or lets make it simple in this way if there is a torch and object so the light which torch will be giving will be said impression and that light which object is taking will be called inspiration.

so these both have a completely different effects while giving while taking.

one of the way i find a source of great inspiration is yoga or meditation.
These give you a way of exploring yourself knowing yourself more closely which some times people don't know and just pass away by saying that there life s too busy and don't have time for these things.
It is so funny that people do not have time for themselves and then for just finding them selves again they spend a lot lot which they hardly earned.

There are so many secrets in us which we never know and even die.

in this world we have ever talked about them and seen in my movies dramas or in media them happening but never tried to explore in our self but exception to few people

There is nothing bad in getting inspiration as its the way finding ourselves
