When I heard about this soup for the first time I wondered very much and of course I could not imagine what sort of soup it is. My colleague told me that she had cooked it several times and everybody likes it. SO, I took the recipe and tried to make the soup. For my wonder everybody at home liked it, too.

Ingredients:
1 kg ground beef
1 onion minced
5 garlic cloves minced
salt to taste
1/2 cup oil
2 cups beef stock
1 cup grated yellow cheese
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
2 eggs
1/2 cup yogurt
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup ketchup

Method of preparation:
While grilling the beef pour the beef stock into a sauce pan and add the onion and the garlic. Then pour the oil and add the mayonnaise with ketchup. Stir well. Now it is time for the butter. When the beef is grilled put it into the sauce pan. Mix the yogurt with the beaten eggs and pour this mixture into the soup. 2 minutes before the end of cooking sprinkle the cheese into the sauce pan.Enjoy this delicious soup!
