I will offer you my recipe for preparing of beef sirloin roast. I use it especially in cold winter days. The beef is very tasty prepared in such a way.
Ingredients:
4 lb beef sirloin roast
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon black pepper
2 eggs
2 tablespoons flour
Method of preparation:
Make the mixture of lemon juice,black pepper,beaten eggs and the flour. Stir well. Then put the beef into this mixture and after that place the so prepared beef into the pan with oil. Roast. Serve with warm round loaves of bread and a glass of beer.
