What is a migraine headache?

A migraine headache is a swelling of the brain, which can be cause through many symptons, the brain sits inside the boney skull, and tends to expand when overused, the brain controls all parts of the body it tells the heart when to beat, the eyes to blink and even the limbs of the body to move.

The blood in the brain thickens causing a swellin reaction, the brain then tends to push against the skull, putting pressure on the muscles and then causing a throbbing reaction, the brain is very sensitive, whilst try shoving and oversize object of some sort in to a confined place, watch the object enter the space and observe the pressure or force around the object, as the rain swells it changes in shape, you would notice under a xray that the tissue would now be touching with force some part of the skull, this force then reacts in a throbbing motion just like the throbbing you would feel when breaking a bone, the throbbing is a signal that all is not ok, and in circumstances pain killers are needed.

Whilst we use morphine or other drugs for pain relieve, the brain others know as head ache tablets, these are use to to stop the swelling, go out drinking for the night and feel the effect of a hangover, what causes the hangover is it the alcohol consumed or is it the the enviroment which you where partying or drinking, I believe alcohol opens up the pauses in the brain and the reaction noise music, or even the weather can cause headache, the cold tends to freeze the brain whilst the heat seems to expand, their are many causes of migraine headaches whilst if pain persist see your doctor, the blood in the brain can cause migrain along with swelling or tumor, but with all of these the correct answer I believe is pressure, as the brain expands in the small confined space, the pressure causes the throbbing and aching in which we all consider and define as a migraine.

In my situation I constanly get migraine heaches, you can feel when they are about to start and at times they can become unbearable, but I have found a remedy through Panadol, by taking 3 Panadol tablets the pain goes away, ive tried sleeping it off, but sleeping does not work, ive tried staying as still as possible and this neither works, my migraines usually start from lack of sleep or constant thinking and feel that the only solution is these pills, I remember one night I had a migraine and was feeling very sick, I could not sleep and had no Pandol, it was 3 am and I decided to drive to the petrol station, I was in agony driving and it was very uncofortble, but when I got to the petrol station I took the 3 Panadol and before I got home again in approxiametly 7 minutes the pain of the migraine had eased, I was able to sleep and I felt much better. I now go straight for the Panadol when I am starting to feel a headache or migraine coming on and I have true believe that they work.

If pain persist see your doctor.
