Looking for ways on how to remain young? Being young,
strong, and filled with vitality is very important to us all.
But the sad news is, very few people have decided to
search for those answers.
And for the others who diligently sought it succeeded,
and some others gave up.
Youthfulness is our topic here, and this very article I wrote
will tell you a bit on how to do just that. The surefire way
of how to SLOW DOWN, or even REVERSE your aging
process. Your excited. Thats good! Now, lets learn it.
Step 1) Reduce or Avoid Stress
Stress can make you age faster than you know it.
I'm not really sure if you can really avoid stress completely.
Perhaps, when you are retired it will be possible, because then
won't have to worry so much, and can avoid dealing the regular
hustle and bustle at work.
But the good news is, it can surely be avoided, or at least
reduced. There are things that you might think you must be
stress about, but truly not. If its possible for you to avoid it,
avoid it at all cost. Be it a scary movie, or newspaper. I highly
recommend that you stay away.
Step 2) Laugh
Laughing and its power is one that many people today tend
to ignore. They have no definite knowledge of what laughter
can bring to their over all health.
Laughing is also known today to cure fatal diseases. I've read
stories and heard other people who successfully melt away tumors
and cancers by just filling their lives with laughter every single day.
It is known to reverse the aging process and should be done by
everyone. Just do it, the result will stun you.
Step 3) Smile
Smile produces positive result, and that is according to what
the experts said. It releases endorphins and neurotransmitter, which
do good things to the health of your body and mind. When you smile,
positive emotions that stirs in your heart slows down the aging
process. Its cool isn't it. No wonder why I smile a lot these days.
Step 4) Control Your Thoughts
Unlike what others believe, thoughts can be controlled. It is
what you must first learn how to do before you can control
your body, and to harmonize it with the mind, and spirit. Only
then you will have control over many major decisions, and
changes in your life.
Your thoughts of envy, disappointment, anger, resentment, and
all negative thoughts, contribute to making you look older than
you are. They are the thoughts that mar and always produce the
unpleasant results. You must avoid them by training your mind,
and directing your thoughts into fruitful issues.
Step 5) Harbor Beautiful Thoughts
