Buckeye candies are peanut butter flavored bites of heaven all wrapped up in a chocolate coat. They are melt in your mouth delicious!

BUCKEYES

*Ingredients
6 oz. cream cheese, softened
14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
24 oz. peanut butter chips
1 cup finely chopped peanuts
1/2 lb. chocolate confectioners' coating

*Instructions
In large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in condensed milk until smooth. In heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt peanut butter chips; stir into cheese mixture. Add nuts. Chill for 2 to 3 hours; shape into 1 inch balls. In small heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt confectioners' coating. With wooden pick, dip each ball into the melted coating, not covering completely. Place on wax paper until firm. Serve and enjoy!

These little balls make great food gifts for the holidays. Just wrap in cellophane, tie with a ribbon and share the joy!
