Poetry: The proud man
The proud man holds his head high
Because he never begs or steals
And I'll tell you why
He's arduous, industrious, and honest in his deals
Shows compassion for those who have less
He stands on his own two feet
And maintains his morals under duress
The proud man is also complicated and sweet
A man who never accepts defeat

The proud man doesn't lack humility
He just controls his vanity
He takes pride in the work of his hands
And hides not from life's demands
