Recipes: Amazing desserts

I've always had a sweet tooth and now as I've gotten older, sweets are even more appealing! I love to experiment in the kitchen and come up with new ideas for old recipes. The Bread Puddng is really tasty, and is even better when served warm with a dollop of whipped cream.

BREAD PUDDING WITH RAISINS

1 16oz. loaf raisin bread, cut into one inch cubes
8 oz. half and half

8 oz. milk
6 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1/3 cup white sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar

Spray 9x13 baking pan, set aside. In a large bowl, beat eggs, add milk, half and half, vanilla, nutmeg, sugars. Beat until all ingredients are combined. Add the bread cubes to wet mixture, stir well. Pour mixture into sprayed pan, cover with foil and bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until set. Serve warm..delicious!

This Hot Fudge Pudding Cake has been one of my favorites since childhood, and is featured for dessert often at our house. I always eat my cake with ice cream, and I'm so set in my ways that I even braved a snow storm to drive to the grocery store for ice cream while a fresh pudding cake was baking. After all, what's cake without ice cream?

HOT FUDGE PUDDING CAKE

2 cups flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt, (optional)
1 1/2 cups sugar
4 tablespoons cocoa
1 cup milk
2 tsp. vanilla
4 tablespoons melted butter
2 cups brown sugar
8 tablespoons cocoa
3 1/2 cups very hot water

In a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients, stir well. In a smaller bowl, combine milk, one teaspoon vanilla, and melted butter. Add to dry ingredients in large bowl, mix well. Combine the brown sugar and cocoa, set aside. Pour cake batter into a well greased 9x13 baking pan, sprinkle with brown sugar and cocoa mixture. Place pan in oven, add one teaspoon vanilla to hot water and carefully pour hot water over entire cake; don't stir. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 50 minutes, or until cake tests done in center. Serve by inverting pieces of cake onto serving dish, and spooning hot fudge pudding over cake.

Since this recipe calls for two of everything, hence the name I gave it. This Two Good Apple Spice Crumble dessert is delicious as is, or, serve with, what else? Ice cream!

TWO GOOD APPLE SPICE CRUMBLE

2 cans apple pie filling
2 boxes yellow cake mix
2 sticks butter or margarine
2 tsps. Pumpkin pie spice, divided

Combine cake mix and 1 tsp. spice, blend well. In large bowl, add
remaining teaspoon of spice and apple pie fillings, blend well. Cut
the two sticks of butter into cake mix until mixture resembles coarse
crumbs. Sprinkle
