Spinach has so many nutritional benefits and makes a tasty salad. This recipe results in a wonderfully flavored warm salad that is a little sweet, a little tangy and a lot delicious!
This recipe will serve 4 to 6, depending on serving size.

HOT SPINACH SALAD

*Ingredients
1 Tbsp. honey
1 hard-boiled egg
2 Tbsp. crumbled bacon
4 oz. Italian dressing
dash of pepper
2 bunches fresh spinach

*Instructions
Remove leaves from bunches and take off the stems. Wash and dry well. Place leaves in a large salad bowl.
Chop hard-boiled egg and sprinkle over spinach.
Heat salad dressing together with bacon and honey. Pour hot dressing over spinach and mix well. Sprinkle with pepper and serve immediately.
