our body mind and spirit and what we surround our body mind and
spirit with will add to or subtract from our energy and if you have C.F.S. you cannot
afford subtractions you need to pay down on a large energetic debt and, until you are
out
of "the red" all spending must be curtailed.
It's hard to beleive when you feel this sick that you will ever feel good again but you
will! Allthough it can take years for a full recovery you can get your immune system back
in "the black" in as little as 6 months to a year and after that every year is better than the
last . It is , in fact a healing journey. And like any journey we learn much along the way .
these are some of the things I learned along the way on my own journey to recovery:
1) to differentiate between what I "think" needs my time and attention and what really does
need my time and attention
2) to take time for myself
3) how to eat in a way that truly nurishes
4) it taught me who was good for me and who wasn't
other people attitude about me is not nessesarily the truth
5) how to let go of people and things that were't good for me
5) how to have a backbone
it taught me that even when you unable to offer anything phisical you can still find a way to contribute
It taught me such gratitude! for returning health, for the people in my life who who truly supported and nurished me
may this journy lead you to all those people and things that truly nurish and fullfill you.
may your recovery bes wift (relatively speaking)
And I wish you every happiness.
