IGNORANCE IS BLISS
There was a time,
When things were usually good,
When ignorance was bliss,
A time called childhood.
However, it is time to grow up,
And accept the world the way it is,
And to realize lately,
That ignorance is truly bliss.
If you don't know,
That many police need policing,
Your nights are probably,
Spent mostly sleeping.
If you don't know,
Where welfare checks are received,
Then I consider you lucky,
The truth would not be believed.
Oh, our politicians,
They'll tell you what you want to hear,
To get ahead these days,
You have to kiss alot of rear.
Whether it be a policeman,
Or our state government,
This chain of people not doing their job,
Goes straight to our president.
Greed has over come,
Many of our people's good will,
And greedy people with power,
Our country's morals they'll continue to steal.
Please keep in Wyoming,
The hunting licenses and leave alone its land,
If you really need to make more money,
Jump on the Mega Millions band.
If your worried about welfare,
And the "War on Drugs",
Start checking if people really have kids to feed,
And stop giving companies stockholders welfare hugs.
If this country is really scared of terrorists,
Begin to understand why,
Even though we won't get the oil,
We'll get a better reply.
If you are an American,
No matter what race you are,
Remember what is legal,
Stop giving illegal immigrants jobs.
And if you truly love your country,
Return to its four father's beliefs,
If you're a hardworking man or woman,
You wouldn't need to rely on greed.
Whether you're a conservative or liberal,
Neither or a little of each,
Remember that some of us do have kids,
Their future please don't breech.
If these words reached some,
I'll just be happy with one or two,
If you think I'm all so crazy,
Then Yippee! Good for you...
But remember, ignorance will not always be bliss.

Losing the Race
You know, it seems that all people want to do nowadays is get in fights.
So I guess

The cruelty of man knows no bounds
at least that's what I've found
Me first, me first, always self-centered
