Macaroni salad is one of those "All-American" dishes, right up there with apple pie and hot dogs. You rarely find a picnic or potluck without one. Here is a recipe that will ensure that your macaroni salad is a hit!

MACARONI & HAM SALAD

*Ingredients
12 oz. elbow macaroni
1 lb. peas
1 cup chopped celery
3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 cup cooked ham, cubed small
6 Tbsp. mayonnaise

*Instructions
Cook macaroni until tender and drain. Combine remaining ingredients, being sure that the ham is cut into tiny pieces. Mix with mayonnaise.
