The difference between an ordinary letter and an e-mail
Since the inception of the Internet, many things have changed.
From the way we play, banking security the way they do surgery technology has improved life for everyone the Internet the new highway the Internet's affects have been felt worldwide. People have adapted to change since time began changes necessary and the post office is no exception.

Internet and e-mail in faster delivering messages, e-cards
Are sent to your loved ones with such speed at least if you forget you could still send a message within seconds and does not cost you anything, and you would make someone's day.

To be honest I miss getting personal handwritten personal messages and letters though I admit I have a hard time reading handwriting. A personal handwritten letter really means someone took a great deal of care to think about the words they want to send to you I guess I appreciate act of writing is most precious to me.
When I was a child, my mother's occupation prevented her from staying in one place probably no longer than six months. She would write but sometimes I would write back and the letters would be sent back to me because my mother no longer lives there. She would have to move on and so my address book would become: full in the M'S S section was always filled with her addresses only
The Internet and the e-mail helps me and my mother to communicate much more effectively now and has helped improve our relationship
I have also been able to find relatives and friends and keep better track of them using e-mail another computer services like face book
e-mail I believe has translation capabilities so say you have a relatives who speak Russian, Chinese French German I guess you get the point, it doesn't matter of what language the e-mail is written in I'm pretty sure it could be translated in the language of the individual needing the translation. We are before e-mail you would most likely have to ask a family member or friend to translate for you and sometimes the translations are wrong. At the very least when you sign up for Internet one of the questions would be what languages spoken? I must admit to being not so great and spelling.
Sometimes I feel like putting a special design on the e-mail to make someone feel better or for a laugh. E-mail has so many other capabilities its easier to make things like resumes and business letters, contracts and other important documents could be made by templates that probably exists already to try
