How to increase your creativity

Need help with your creativity? This article will help you step by
step on improving your creativity. Here is how...

Step 1) Be an Artist

It doesn't really matter what you are creating. What matters is,
that you are creating something. Your creative energy needs to
flow. In order to let it flow naturally, you must first express it.
And that is when becoming an artist comes in. You need not to

become a professional artist. But just act as if you are.

Here is the thing. Your being as a human is a bit similar to God's
in some way. For example. Creativity. God is the most creative of
all, and the proof of that is you.

However, God does want human to become stagnant and lazy.
So he did not give infinite creativity to us. Everyone has
to work hard on exercising creativity to make it flow.

So do something creative. Write, draw, paint, create! It doesn't
matter what you say in your writing it doesn't matter how horrible
you think your drawing, writing or painting is at first. Again what
matters here is, you are expressing your creativity, so that you will
be more creative. Save the perfect art work for later, but do what
you can. Now!

Step 2) Walk in Peaceful Nature

With that sound of running water, the smell of flowers, the fresh air,
and the rustling in the woods, these do provide your mind those
different, and in many times unique perspective of how you see your
environment, your world, your reality. Peace of mind is what you are
after here. Now, get it. Get away from the hustles and bustles for
several minutes, and take a walk. Soon you will find new ideas
springing up.

Or, do something like cleaning the bathroom, sweeping the floor,
mowing the lawn, cleaning your car. At this point your mind tend to
automatically think of something else, while your body is in auto
pilot with your subconscious mind. This will bring new ideas into
life.

Step 3) Don't Worry

I'm telling you now, worrying is something strong and negative that
counters the power of your creativity. If you want to be creative, you
would want nothing to stop you. So don't worry of anything in the
height that it will harm you in many ways. Worry only to avoid bad
things, don't if you would create it.

Step 4) Breathe Freely

I know I said it many times in my previews articles, but this is just
telling you that I mean it. Breathing can let your creativity flow freely.

When you are in an arduous activities, you may not know it, but you
tend to hold your breath. And also when you are nervous. Don't
worry, everyone experience it. Its just a matter of how you face it.
