Thai Peanut Salsa
A delicious blend of Mexican and Thai flavors. Before you cringe, please give it a try!
3/4 cup hot salsa
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1/3 cup chopped peanuts
Combine all of the ingredients together in a bowl.
Mix until well incorporated.
Serve with chips or raw vegetables.
