Owning a gun

It is most dispelling feeling of hopelessness to hear so many U.S. citizens make reference to the rights that our Constitution gives us. Especially when the ignorant voice refers to one of our most essential and precedent rights acknowledged by the 2nd Amendment.

"We the people..." rose up as criminals against the law-abiding citizens, their constables and sheriffs, their legal judges, magistrates, governors and soldiers entrusted to defend the colonies. We tarred and feathered law- abiding loyalists of the crown. We slew them and rose upon them with the violence of war until the blood bath made them either pretend they were patriots of "We the people..." or until they got to hell out of Dodge!

Long before we exercised the precedent right of man to congregate under a common set of laws to form a government, and exercised the equally precedent right of man to congregate and destroy an intolerable form of government they once subscribed to, "We the people..." made an appeal to both houses of Parliament months away across the round-trip seas to acknowledge the same "Bill of Rights" of British citizenship here in the colonies as had the British people risen up as criminals to re-establish government in Britain.

The precedence has never been the law, but has always been the criminal citizens' willingness to rise up and destroy the incorrigible growth of unrepresentative law that "We the people..." once established.

When "We the people..." presented forth the "Declaration of Independence" we stated exactly that reluctance to dissolve our association with the form of government we had become accustomed to, and resolved for the world of nations to recognize why "We the people..." will no longer put up with the legal government gone amiss, NOR PUT UP WITH THE LAW-ABIDING EFFEMINATE MALES in the Colonies WHO THINK THAT RIGHTS ARE GIVEN BY GOVERNMENTS.

When the Articles of Confederation was submitted to the nations by "We the people...", as proof that we as criminals against the old established government our precedent right had destroyed, are now legal citizens of a new government we have exercised our precedent right to acknowledge, within it was included in precedent right to keep and bear arms for that very criminal purpose.

When "We the people..." put forth the Constitution of the United States it was important that the precedent rights not be included within the document that "We the people..." submitted as procedures and limitations of authority to those elected and appointed to preserve what "We the people..." made and can unmake at will. To hell with damn fools of all nations and in all generations who will curse their brothers' Constitution for the sake of a piece of paper the damn fools have not learned to be their Constitution.

The Bill of Rights do not refer to the Constitution's limitations and authorities of our elected and appointed representatives. Nor does the Bill of Rights state that "we the appointed rulers and highly esteemed abominations in the sight of God are going to let these people who invented us have guns until there are enough citizens who think the written Constitution is a menstrous rag they are compelled to chew on."

Rather, the Bill of Rights acknowledge the precedent right of "We the people..." to make and destroy our government at will. So, "ARTICLE TWO: A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.

I suggest you pay attention. Tories ain't got no Constitution.
