This is a nice tropical treat, try you'll like it!
Ingredients:
1 (20 ounce) can of unsweetened pineapple chunks
3 tablespoons of sugar
4 tablespoons of butter
3 tablespoons of flour
6 ounces of shedded cheddar cheese
25 crushed buttery round crackers
Directions
Drain the pineapple reserving 4 tablespoons of juice.
Combine pineapple, reserved juice, butter, flour, and cheese. Mix the combination well.
Spoon mixture into a buttered 1 1/2 quart baking dish; top with cracker or corn flake crumbs.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes, or until bubbly.
