Ingredient:
4 cups of homo milk
2 tbsp. of butter
2 cups of uncooked elbow noodles
1 cup of cream cheddar cheese (spread or salsa cheese)
1 medium onion, diced
2 cups of fresh chopped broccoli
2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste
1) In a small saucepan or using your microwave, melt the cheese spread and the butter until they're runny. You can use a regular cheese spread or use a salsa cheese, which comes in mild, medium or spicy flavour, and give an alternate taste.
2) Pour the milk into the slow cooker.
3) Add the cheese and butter to the milk mixture and stir together well.
4) Add the onions and the broccoli to the milk mixture.
5) Stir in the noodles and the salt and pepper. Spread the noodles and veggies around so they sit evenly in the milk mixture.
6) Put the lid on and let the slow cooker do the rest. The onions will dissolve in the mixture but the taste will filter through and make everything delicious.
