Double your pleasure, double your fun! This double layer chocolate pie is mouth-wateringly delicious!
DOUBLE LAYER CHOCOLATE PIE
*Ingredients
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsp. sugar
8 oz. tub of Cool Whip
1 ready made chocolate pie crust
1 pkg. chocolate pudding and pie filling mix
2 cups plus 2 Tbsp. milk
*Instructions
In a large bowl mix together cream cheese, sugar and 1 Tbsp. milk with wire whisk until smooth. Gently stir in 1 1/2 cups Cool Whip. Spread this mixture on bottom of crust.
In another bowl, stir pudding mix with remaining milk until well-blended (mixture will be thick) and stir in remaining Cool Whip. Spread carefully over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate for 4 hours. Cut, serve and enjoy!
