I love Heath bars, it's an addiction, I'm sure. I adore these wonderfully tasty Heath bar cookies and I think you will, too. Here is the recipe I use. It is simple and they come out perfect!
HEATH BAR COOKIES
*Ingredients
1 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg yolk
2 cups flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cups coarsely chopped Heath bars
*Instructions
Cream butter and sugar. Add egg yolk and beat well. Stir in flour and vanilla, mixing well. Spread into a greased 9x13 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 25 minutes. Remove from oven; sprinkle immediately with Heath bar piecces. Cool completely in pan before cutting into bars (if you can!). Serve and enjoy!
