What could be better than a freshly baked cake for dessert? A fast and easy cake for dessert! This fudge cake is absolutely decadent, but with few ingredients and very little prep time. Try it and see!

HOT FUDGE PUDDING CAKE

*Ingredients
1 cup Bisquick
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup plus 3 Tbsp. baking cocoa
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla

*Instructions
Mix Bisquick, 1/2 cup sugar, 3 Tbsp. baking cocoa, milk and vanilla;put into an ungreased 2 1/2 quart baking dish. Combine another 1/2 cup sugar and 1/3 cup baking cocoa. Sprinkle over batter in baking dish. Pour 2 1/2 cups boiling water over all in baking dish-do not stir. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 40 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar when cooled a bit. Serve and enjoy!
