Recipes: Ice cream sandwich

Everyone loves ice cream sandwiches, especially children. Yes they can be messy, but they sure are good.
All you need to make this delicious treat is any flavor of ice cream you want, along with two cookies or wafers. Scoop 1-2 scoops of ice cream and place it on one cookie, then place the other cookie on top and lightly and gently press them together to make the ice cream stick them on each side. You can use any flavor of cookie as well. I find that chocolates chip or m & m cookies to be the best candidates. Generally you can use chocolate or vanilla wafers as well. It's that easy, ENJOY!
